The owner of Vmasbusinessservices.com doesn't pay my work!!

In December 2017, Martin contacted me to tell that his company will be online on January 5th, 2018 (only he & God knows the exact date actually, because the date is always missed!). He asked me & my sister to join the team AGAIN and will pay the outstanding balance as they collect....LOL. Who's on earth will be so dumb idiot to join him again for the 3rd times after all??? (Read published story below)
He came again after a year of silent and pretending nothing's wrong with him?!?!And wanting me to join the team and will pay me after they collect?!?!
LOL, certainly we ignore him because he seems has no intention to pay first. If he's a good person, he will contact us to pay first, and asking for our availability and willingness to join again.
He already removed our photos with other new staffs (my condolence for those girls), but the payment will never come for sure.

It’s my statement about http://vmasbusinessservices.com/ which previously named vmasmarketing.com.
The owner of that website is Martin Preciado (or whatever his name is), American-Mexican man. He's also the owner of www.usamycity.com.
I had work for vmas on January 2017 as a Content Writer for USAMYCITY and Customer Service Associate for VMASBUSINESSSERVICES. But since February 14th, 2017, I didn’t work for both sites anymore because I haven’t got my salary yet until today.
Actually, this was the second times he (Martin) delayed my payment. The first time, he paid a year after I quit the job. And that was because he needed a writer again (maybe he failed to find another writer with low rate and delayed payment).
He gave very low rate payment (and will pay if he gets the money). But certainly he never told me that he would pay the salary if he has money. Because if he did, hell I won't join him for the 2nd times. My reason to join him again because he said now his business is getting better and gave me the exact date for the payment. But again, I was fooled by him.
How can someone build a company by DECEIVING his workers??
I wrote email to the owner that I decided to quit and got no reply.
So, again this is my statement, I’m not working for them since February 14th, 2017, as a writer nor Customer Service Associate. But they still display my picture as Customer Service Associate on their website until today.
The Front Desk Associate person (as you can see on their website), is no longer their staff since March 2017, and she only received half of her payment until today. But they still put her photo on their website. What a cheating company!!
So, anything related to vmasbusinessservices.com is not related to me, completely not my business.
It means, they use my picture without my permission since I quit.
I refuse to contact them until they pay my salary. The owner even never reply my last email anyway.
